Welcome to the 2026 AAPI LA Market Vendor Application Form! We are thrilled to announce AAPI LA’s return to Smorgasburg DTLA for our 5th year on Sunday, May 17, 2026 from 10am to 4pm! This application is for all participants, including food and beverage vendors as well as entertainers and performers such as DJs, musicians, dancers, and other live talent. You will be required to create an account, which allows you to pause and resume your submission at any time. Your account will also provide access to the vendor portal, where you can ask questions, upload required documents, and find important event information.

To be considered, all vendors interested in participating must submit this form before Monday, March 31, 2026. Upon submission, our team will reach out to confirm your participation and answer any additional questions (submission does not guarantee participation). The sooner the form is submitted, the better!

Note for Food Vendors: If you are not vending from a permanently licensed food truck or cart, you will also need to complete a Temporary Food Facility Application. Once you create your login, you will find a direct link to the TFF Application inside the vendor portal.

In exchange for a $250 Vendor Fee ($350 if two vendors are sharing a tent), AAPI LA will provide each vendor with an activation space and basic rentals and equipment to operate. As a non-profit committed to community building, amplifying stories, and supporting local small businesses, we kindly request the vendor fee to be sent as a donation to AAPI LA. The donation link will be provided by Asian Pacific Community Fund and payment will be required before being officially confirmed as a vendor.

We are so grateful for the incredible interest in our market. Due to the high number of applications we receive and our limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate everyone — though we truly wish we could. If your application is selected, you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours with next steps. We sincerely appreciate your passion, creativity, and interest in being part of our celebration.
