1. EVENT MEDIA COVERAGE
I acknowledge that photography, video recording, and audio recording may take place during the 2026 AAPI LA Market. By attending the event, I understand that I may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded by or on behalf of AAPI LA and its authorized representatives.
2. GRANT OF PERMISSION
I hereby grant AAPI LA, its representatives, employees, volunteers, contractors, media partners, and assigns the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, and otherwise capture my likeness, image, voice, and appearance during the event.
3. OWNERSHIP OF MEDIA
I acknowledge and agree that all photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and related media captured during the event by or on behalf of AAPI LA shall be the sole and exclusive property of AAPI LA.
4. SCOPE OF USE
I grant AAPI LA a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, and create derivative works from such media for purposes including, but not limited to, use on the AAPI LA website, newsletters, social media platforms, marketing materials, promotional campaigns, advertising, public relations, and archival documentation.
5. EDITING AND MODIFICATION
I understand and agree that AAPI LA may edit, crop, modify, adapt, or otherwise alter the media for design, formatting, promotional, or editorial purposes.
6. NO COMPENSATION
I acknowledge that I will not receive any financial compensation, royalties, or other payment for the capture or use of my likeness, image, or voice as described in this release.
7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless AAPI LA and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to the capture or use of photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings in accordance with this release.
8. PUBLIC EVENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I understand that the 2026 AAPI LA Market is a public event and that photography and video recording may occur in public areas where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy.
9. MINOR CONSENT
If the individual photographed or recorded is under the age of eighteen (18), a parent or legal guardian must provide consent on behalf of the minor and agrees to all terms of this release.
10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand this Photo and Video Release Form and voluntarily agree to its terms.
